Ringkasan
Aplikasi Tani Protocol Field digunakan oleh petugas lapangan dan penyuluh untuk mendaftarkan petani serta merekam data lahan sesuai persyaratan kepatuhan EUDR (Peraturan Deforestasi Uni Eropa) dan akses pembiayaan. Kebijakan ini menjelaskan data apa yang kami kumpulkan, mengapa, dan hak Anda — sesuai Undang-Undang No. 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi (UU PDP).
Data pribadi petani dikumpulkan dengan persetujuan yang direkam langsung di aplikasi, disertai bukti (tanda tangan atau foto formulir), lokasi, dan waktu pemberian persetujuan.
1. Data yang Kami Kumpulkan
Aplikasi mengumpulkan data berikut, yang diberikan oleh petani kepada petugas lapangan:
Identitas Petani SENSITIF
- Nama lengkap
- Nomor Induk Kependudukan (NIK)
- Foto Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP)
- Nomor telepon
Data Lahan & Lokasi LOKASI TEPAT
- Koordinat GPS batas lahan (polygon) dan titik tengah lahan
- Provinsi, kabupaten, kecamatan, dan desa
- Luas lahan dan status kepemilikan
- Komoditas dan perkiraan panen
Deklarasi EUDR
- Pernyataan bebas deforestasi dan konfirmasi penggunaan lahan sebelum 31 Desember 2020
- Data keanggotaan koperasi dan sertifikasi
Persetujuan
- Bukti persetujuan petani: tanda tangan di layar atau foto formulir yang ditandatangani/cap jempol
- Waktu, lokasi GPS, dan petugas yang mencatat persetujuan
Aplikasi tidak mengumpulkan lokasi Anda di latar belakang. Akses lokasi hanya aktif saat petugas merekam titik GPS lahan.
2. Bagaimana Data Digunakan
- Menghasilkan dokumentasi kepatuhan EUDR (Due Diligence Statement) untuk pembeli di Uni Eropa
- Memfasilitasi akses pembiayaan modal kerja melalui lembaga pembiayaan berlisensi di Indonesia
- Menghubungkan koperasi dengan pembeli terverifikasi
Kami tidak menjual data pribadi Anda. Kami tidak menampilkan iklan.
3. Penyimpanan & Keamanan
- Data disimpan di server Railway (infrastruktur cloud). Token akses disimpan terenkripsi di perangkat.
- Foto KTP hanya dapat diakses melalui tautan sementara yang terautentikasi — tidak tersedia untuk umum.
- Data di aplikasi tersimpan lokal di perangkat dan tersinkronisasi ke server saat ada koneksi.
- Setiap koperasi hanya dapat melihat data petaninya sendiri.
4. Hak Anda (UU PDP)
Sesuai UU No. 27 Tahun 2022, Anda berhak untuk:
- Mengakses data pribadi Anda yang kami simpan
- Memperbaiki data yang tidak akurat
- Menghapus data pribadi Anda
- Menarik persetujuan yang telah diberikan

Overview
The Tani Protocol Field app is used by field officers and agricultural instructors to register farmers and record land data for EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) compliance and financing access. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights — in accordance with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law No. 27 of 2022 (UU PDP).
Farmer personal data is collected with consent recorded directly in the app, together with evidence (signature or photo of a signed form), location, and the time consent was given.
1. Data We Collect
The app collects the following data, provided by the farmer to the field officer:
Farmer Identity SENSITIVE
- Full name
- National Identity Number (NIK)
- Photograph of national ID card (KTP)
- Phone number
Land & Location Data PRECISE LOCATION
- GPS coordinates of land boundaries (polygon) and land centre point
- Province, regency, district, and village
- Land area and ownership status
- Commodity and harvest estimates
EUDR Declarations
- Deforestation-free declaration and confirmation of land use before 31 December 2020
- Cooperative membership and certification data
Consent
- Evidence of farmer consent: on-screen signature or photograph of a signed/thumbprinted form
- Time, GPS location, and the officer who recorded the consent
The app does not collect your location in the background. Location access is active only while an officer is recording land GPS points.
2. How Data Is Used
- To generate EUDR compliance documentation (Due Diligence Statements) for EU buyers
- To facilitate working-capital financing through licensed Indonesian lenders
- To connect cooperatives with verified buyers
We do not sell your personal data. We do not display advertising.
3. Storage & Security
- Data is stored on Railway servers (cloud infrastructure). Access tokens are stored encrypted on the device.
- KTP photographs are accessible only via authenticated, time-limited links — never public.
- App data is stored locally on the device and synchronised to the server when a connection is available.
- Each cooperative can view only its own farmers' data.
4. Your Rights (UU PDP)
Under Law No. 27 of 2022, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your personal data
- Withdraw consent previously given
